No, creating a service request and receiving offers on our platform is completely free. You can review the incoming offers and choose the professional you prefer to work with.
You can review the profiles of the service providers who submitted offers for your request, check their customer reviews, ratings, and previous reference work, then choose the most suitable candidate and contact them.
When the service is successfully completed, you can approve the request through your panel and leave a review and rating for the professional you received service from, helping other users as a reference.
You can submit your application by selecting the "Service Provider" option in the member registration form and filling in your service areas and company/personal information. Once our administrators approve your application, you will receive a notification and can start submitting offers.
You must have balance in your account to view customers' contact information and send offers. You can securely add balance from the "Payment" tab in your panel with Stripe protection.
The fee for unlocking request contact information may vary depending on each service category. Generally, the standard unlocking fee is €10, but this amount may change for some service categories or special cases.
If platform rules are not followed or customer complaints occur, your account may be temporarily penalized. During the penalty period, you cannot use your panel to submit offers.
